I started training with Jeff in January 2014 in preparation for my wedding in November 2014! My starting weight was 160 lbs. and my goal weight was 125 lbs. In our first session, I honestly couldn’t even get through the entire hour! Jeff inspired and motivated me to actually want to continue training. For the first time I can truly say I am stronger, braver, and motivated everyday to go to the gym. Jeff is always positive and pushes me to NEVER give up! I am down 20 lbs. and proud to say although I put in a lot of hard work, I am thankful to have Jeff as a trainer. I am more than confident that I am going to look and feel fantastic on my special day!!!
My name is Gillian Chan, and I am a college athlete. Ever since I’ve been training with Jeff my stamina, endurance, and overall strength has greatly improved. He personalized my training to target specific muscles that I use the most when playing volleyball, which in turn will greatly improve my game. I have noticed a significant difference in my muscle tone, and I can honestly say I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. From the first week we began training together to now, my endurance has improved tremendously. I am able to do more reps and push myself both physically and mentally. Because of Jeff and his hands-on approach to my training I feel very prepared for my upcoming college volleyball season, and I can’t thank him enough for that.
